He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Meredith, Sr. and Albertha Jacobs-Meredith; his grandparents, Phillip, Louise Meredith, Johnny Jacobs, Sr. and Florence Jacobs; and his brother Ronald.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Renee Meredith; his brother Larry Meredith; and his goddaughter Marsha Ponson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
