As Virgina Rosalie departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Virgina Rosalie. Though Virgina Rosalie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis Phillip Sapia Jr.; her parents, Angelina Culotta Varisco and John Varisco; and her sisters, Marie Waguespack, Lena Hogan and Josephine Rhodes.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Maria Sapia; and her grandson Ellis Alexie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (4401 7th St, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
