It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Mae Gabriel (Marrero, Louisiana), who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Adrienne Lynn Gabriel; her grandchildren, Kamell, Tashera and Jarmal Gabriel; her great grandchild Abrienne Gabriel; her great great grandchild Brayven Smith; her parents, John Gabriel and Ida Mae Henry; her stepfather John Henry, Sr.; and her siblings, Alvin Henry, Gerald Henry, Donald Henry, Galvin Gabriel, John Henry, Jr., Brenice Henry and Leontine Olivera. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
