He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Olivier, Sr. and Marie Nicolle Olivier; his wife Eula Olivier; his grandchildren, Shane Olivier and Mary Ann Olivier; and his siblings, Philip Olivier, Jr., Lloyd Olivier, Harold Olivier and May Landry.
He is survived by: his children, Phylis Doucet (Rickie Sr.), Thomas Olivier, Jr. and William Olivier (Wanda); and his grandchildren, Dawn Pritchett, Rickie Doucet Jr., Amanda Jones, Leo Olivier, Michael Olivier, Nicole Tombs and Thomas Olivier III. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
