He was predeceased by: his stepmother Shirley; his brothers, Richard and Charles; his niece Wilma; and his parents, Frederick G. Webster and Gloria J. Webster.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lorie (Homer Vaughn) and Tracy Ruedisueli (Doug); his grandchildren, Alexis, Aubrey and Andrew Ruedisueli; his siblings, Fred Webster (Jeanette), Helen DeLange (John) and Candy Lindstrom (Ron); and his wife Wilma Lee Skaggs. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
