It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roley Fidelis Barthelemy of Marrero, Louisiana, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Roley Fidelis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roley Fidelis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Barthelemy and Josephine Barthelemy; his wife Natalie M. Barthelemy; his child Robin Barthelemy; and his grandchild Shaun Barthelemy.
He is survived by: his children, Rene T. Barthelemy, Sr. (Bonnie), Shelly Blanchard (Jimmy) and Ginger Malicote (Raleigh); and his grandchildren, Rene Barthelemy, Jr., Lonnie Bartholomew, Jr., Marla Bartholomew, Brandon Blanchard (Ashley), Kaitlyn Dupuis (Kolbe) and James Fisher III (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
