She was predeceased by: her spouse Freddie Meggs, Sr.; her parents, Porter Johnson and Queenie Lee; her sister Dorothy Harris; her son-in-law Ronald Vaughn; and her sister-in-law Cindy Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Vaughn, Freddie Meggs and Deon Meggs; her siblings, Lee, Jr., George Lee, Calvin Lee, Keith Lee, Kenny Lee, Evelyn Muse, Maggie Mitchell, Barbara Lee and Marilyn Jones; and her brother-in-law Richard Harris. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
