She was predeceased by: her father Henry J. Sapia, Jr.; and her son Henry J. Bettis. She is survived by: her husband Jack E. Bettis; her mother Yolande Lehmans Sapia; her brother Johnny E. Sapia (Pamela G. Sapia); her nieces, Crystal G. Sapia and Shawndale C. Scott; her great-niece Annabell M. Scott; and her grandsons, Colston and Elias Bettis.
