It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret B. Breaux (Marrero, Louisiana), born in Labadieville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Louis A. Breaux, Sr.; her parents, Wartel J. Barrilleaux, Sr. and Claire Naquin Barrilleaux; her children, Donna Breaux Perez, Sharon Breaux Fields (Michael), Emile Breaux (Colleen) and Louis A. Breaux, Jr. (Leslie); her grandchildren, Joseph L. Perez (Meghan), Scott Perez (Diamond), Nathan Fields (MeiKa), Dannon Fields, Emily Breaux, Sara Breaux and Camryn Breaux; her great grandchildren, Joseph W. Perez, Ryder Perez and Sydney Fields; and her siblings, Wartel J. Barrilleaux, Jr., Rita Barrilleaux Becnel, Helena Barrilleaux Falgoust, Essie Barrilleaux Breaux, Dorothy Barrilleaux Rodriguez, Gerald Barrilleaux and Elton Barrilleaux.
She is survived by: her sister Myrtle Barrilleaux Palmisano of Waxhaw; and also Cajun.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Marrero - Mothe Funeral Homes (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A Mass was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
