She is survived by: her children, Tamika Slack (Albert), Joshua Slack, Jr. (Ja'Nelle) and Darius Slack; her grandchildren, Mikel Slack, Aldonis Westley, Joshua Slack III and Almyah Westley; her parent Ellove Johnson; her siblings, Mary Crank (Mack), Joyce Ross (Terry), Carolyn Singleton (Cedric), Alice Marie Johnson, Jowava Johnson, Robert Johnson, Monroe Johnson, Jr., Curtis Johnson (Donna), Stanford Johnson and Joseph "Patrick" Johnson; and her friends, Linda, Lynn, Sandra and Elaine. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
