She was predeceased by: her husband Nelson J. Cantrelle, Jr.; her parents, Thomas Andrew Michel and Rosa Savona Michel; her parents-in-law, Nelson J. Cantrelle, Sr. and Sedonia Clement Cantrelle; her siblings, Jacqueline M. Pace and Carlo T. Michel; and her siblings-in-law, Andrew J. "Mack" McDonald, John M. Moore, Jr., James J. "Jimmy" Pace and Diane Matherne Michel.
She is survived by: her children, Nelson J. Cantrelle, III and Dawn Marie Cantrelle; her daughter-in-law Chelsea Chapman Cantrelle; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley C. McDonald and Agnes C. "Susie" Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church (St. Rosalie) (600 2nd Ave, Harvey, LA 70058).
