It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Reynolds Sr. of Marrero, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on October 7, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Larry Reynolds, Jr. of Houston, TX, Chontell Reynolds of Houston, TX, Bridgette Bienville of Baton Rouge, LA and Brencia Bienville of Congress, GA.; his grandchildren, Brian Stewart, Nataliyah Gray and Brielle Claimons; his parents, Lillie R. Mullen and Smith; his siblings, Irma Lee DeCou, Jeanette Hillard and Jimmie Cornelius Brown; his nephew Leroy Daryl DeCou; and his aunts and uncles, Pecola Lee Harris, Mannie Moore Thomas, Helen Lee Hall Singleton, Lenvi Jackson, Randall Lewis, Leroy Perry and Ruben Hall. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the Davis Mortuary Service (6820 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
