He is survived by: his children, Tasha, Misty, Tabitha, Dustin and Austin; his grandchildren, Breahna, Savannah, Jamie, Jada, Dayce and Parker; his great grandchildren, Nova Jean, Bentley, Myleigh and Ivylynn; his siblings, Rosylin, Randy, Carl and Susan; and his former wife Hazel. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
