It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Bernard Sr. of Marrero, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Smith-Bernard; and his brother John Banks. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mae Willis-Bernard; and his cousin Gloria Mae Smith. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
