Ruggs; her great grandchildren, Allen M. Ruggs and Ca'Syiah Brown; her siblings, Marva Coleman, Mary Alice Jackson, Emma Chess, Barbara Williams and Deon McGill; and her siblings-in-law, Alvie Jackson and Raymond Manson, Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
