He is survived by: his grandchildren, Herman E. Marshall, III, Thurston Marshall, Kendrick Marshall, Lance Marshall, Rogers Marshall, Jr., Charles Watkins, III, Lynette Marshall, Quiana Andry, Monica Marshall Morris and Tyisha Weldon; and his sister Edna Jackson. He is also survived by 36 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and close friends.
