He was predeceased by: his wife Bernadette Leonard Cavallo; his parents, Gaotano "Tom" Cavallo and Lena Antonina Demiceli Cavallo; his daughter Carolyn C. Buffone; his great grandchild Lexie Speights; and his siblings, Lena Richard, Rosalie Allemond, Doris Estopinal and Thomas Cavallo.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Cavallo, Jr. and Antoinette Cavallo (Gene); his grandchildren, Cathy Bottolfs (Reggie), Michelle Stein (Mark), Penny Dragon (Chris), Tony Cavallo, Stephanie Speights (Mikey) and Nicholas Cavallo; his great grandchildren, Ryan Bottolfs (Ashley), Heather Bergeron, Mark Stein III, Madison Stein, Jordan Dragon, Hannah Dragon, Christopher Dragon, Isabella Cavallo, Aubrey Cavallo, Paige Dupre, Mya Speights and Cain Speights; his great great grandchildren, Brayden Bottolfs, Elizabeth Bergeron and Gracelyn Bergeron; and his siblings, Mary Hebert, Victor Cavallo and Loretta Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
