He is survived by: his sons, Floyd Sampey Jr. (Donnella), Chad Sampey (Julie) and Kevin Sampey (Nicole); his siblings, David Sampey (Gail) and Loretta Palm (John); his grandchildren, Floyd III, Dustin, Amanda, Ashley, Brittany, Brad, Chad Jr., Courtney, Kevin Jr. and Shea; and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Carly, Kadence, Avery, Blaine, Bryson, Emma, Vivian, Brynlee, Kali, Emily and Lincoln. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
