He was predeceased by: his son Keith; his parents, Harry "Shots" Williams, Sr. and Edna Corner Williams; his siblings, Harry Williams, Jr., Henry Williams, Edna Winesberry, Lucille Williams, Joyce Pierre, Gail Walker and Darlene Zeno; his siblings-in-law, Samuel Pierre, Edwina and Ida Williams; and his godmother Doris Hunter Miles.
He is survived by: his spouse Elmera Williams; his sons, Felton Williams, Jr. (Sharon) and Eric Babino; and his siblings, Robert Williams and Rita Jones (Paul). He is also survived by 9 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
