She was predeceased by: her husband John Borras, Sr.; her sons, Darrell Borras and Clayton Borras; her parents, Jules Aucoin and Inez Aucoin; and her grandchild Blake Borras.

She is survived by: her children, John "Skip" Borras, Jr. and Lisa Borras; her brother Raymond Aucoin (late Noella); and her grandchildren, Jason Sonnier, Jared Borras (Becky), Brandon Borras, Jessie Spiers and Lacey Gerdes (Shane).
