She was predeceased by: her husband George Lamar Scott; her daughter Laura Scott Jenkins (Henri); her parents, Henry Charles Russell and Mildred Perrin Russell; and her sister Sharon Russell Fitzgerald (Eugene).
She is survived by: her daughter Constance Scott Sandras (Michael); her grandchildren, Leslie Jenkins Mason, Rochelle Jenkins and Arianna Sandras; her great grandchildren, David Juarez, Chloe McCroskey and Naomi McCroskey; her siblings, Janet "Penny" Russell Kuehne (Kenneth) and Henry Charles Russell, Jr. (Jackie); and her sister-in-law Jean Scholl Olsen (Ted). She is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (5101 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (5101 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Diane's name to the American Cancer Society.
