She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eldora Fonseca and Gilbert Fonseca; her children, Shelly Champagne (Jason Plaisance), Gerald Champagne (Robin), David Champagne (Deanna), Frank Champagne (Mindy), Sabrina Baudoin (Mark) and Tony Champagne (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Dillan, Amber, Jacob, Jesse, Hailee, Antonio, Jasmine, Kayla, Alyssa, Kaylee, Chyann, Austin, Elizabeth, Cameron, Savannah, Trinity, Logan and Blaine; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Chase, Eli, Eleah, Avery, Arianna, Lukas, Liam, Camden and Bentley; her siblings, Bonnie Zimmerman, Chris Fonseca and Debbie Desalvo; and her granddaughter Racheal Champagne.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marrero - Mothe Funeral Homes (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
