He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis Sr. and Irene Howard Lewis; his siblings, Harold Lewis and Rose Mary Lewis Tillman; his siblings-in-law, Diann Lewis, Natalie Luckett and Joseph Tillman; and also Kendall Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lewis; his children, Darian (Shawn), Brooks, Devin, Carmen, Leon (Dawn) and Tiona; his grandchildren, Jaden, Jada, Zoë, Raegan and Dakota; his siblings, Mary (Jimmy) and Joseph Jr. (Trudy); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy (Harold), Merial (Wilbert), Paulette (James) and Doris (Authur). He is also survived by other grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
