He is survived by: his wife Veronica Basse Dupont; his children, Danny M. Dupont Jr. (Pepper) of Marrero, Monica D. Gisclair (Kip) of Barataria and Sally A. Dupont of Lafitte; his grandchildren, Marissa B. McGrew (Sam), Dawn A. Dupont, Dylan Gisclair, Abbie Gisclair and Shelby Gisclair; his great grandchildren, Samuel Jay McGrew II and Liam Calvert McGrew; his siblings-in-law, Pamela M. Basse of Barataria and Alfred V. Basse Jr. (Pamela) of Marrero; and his nieces, Jamie Gaudet (Leslie) and Traci Percle. He is also survived by two great nieces, and two great nephews.
