He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Stanley Clark, Jeannette Clark, Stephen Lemoine and Melba Lemoine; his son Chad Michael Clark Jr. (Jessica); his parents, June Clark and Allen Clark; his siblings, Dodie Clark and Ryan Clark; his granddaughter Harper Jackson; his nephew Nicholas Clark (Lisa Pohlmann); and his pets, Max, Brie, Sage and Stormy.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Chad's lifelong commitment to helping others, the family kindly requests donations be made to The Salvation Army, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or Second Harvest Food Bank.
