Betty Ann Slocum Breaux Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Slocum Breaux (Marrero, Louisiana), who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Nellie Caddin; her siblings, Merle Hughes, Malvina Rodriguez, Mary Vanderford, George Jr., John, Anthony, Earl and Charles Slocum; her grandchild Christian Breaux; her husband Gilbert Sr. (Floyd Vallette); and her pet Rusty.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Jr. (Rhonda), Randall Sr. (Anne) and Terry (Sherri); her sister Melanie Tierney (Gus); her grandchildren, Randall Jr. (Ashlee), Tiffany Kleinpeter (Lee), Jacob Caillouet and Alex Walker; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Chloe Breaux, Lily and Emie Kleinpeter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marrero - Mothe Funeral Homes (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
