She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Joseph, Jr.; her parents, Samuel, II and Della Charles; her grandparents, Samuel, Mary Charles, Joseph and Lillian Burrell; and her brother Samuel Charles, III.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Joseph of Washington, Ivy Joseph Williams (Ronald) and Edward Joseph, III (Shannon); and her sister Carolyn Bowser. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
