He was predeceased by: his siblings, Giuseppe D'Amico (late Anna Deluca), Calogero D'Amico (late Loreta Montagnino) and Gioacchino D'Amico (late Rosalia Casale); and his parents, Antonina Todaro D'Amico and Paolo D'Amico.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Pulvino D'Amico; his children, Paul D'Amico (Rebecca), Josephine D'Amico and Anthony D'Amico (April); and his grandchildren, Avery Joseph D'Amico and Aaron Michael D'Amico.
