She was predeceased by: her child Gloristeen Butler; her parents, Tommy Perkins and Ceola Perkins; and her siblings, Alfred, Tommy, George Perkins, Ruth Bell and Louvenia Colar.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Phoenix. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
