He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis, Sr. Guillot and Daisy Guillot; his brothers, Harold Guillot and David Guillot; and his brother-in-law Charles LaGrange.
He is survived by: his wife Karen LaGrange Guillot; his daughters, Candice Volker (Matthew) of Marksville, Kristyn Guillot of Marksville, Mariah Martinez (Johnny) of Marksville, Lakyn LeLeux of Marksville and Summer LeLeux of Marksville; his siblings, Ellis Guillot, Jr. of Florene and Faye LaGrange of Natchitoches; his sister-in-law Melissa Brouillette (Dean) of Marksville; and his grandchildren, Cadence, Noah, Tate, Cohen, Peyton, Delanee, Xander and Khylan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
