He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval H. Meadors and Maxine McDonald Meadors of Indiana; his son Kelley Dean Meadors; his siblings, Victor Meadors and Gloria Crum; his parents-in-law, Elia Brevelle and Gladys Dodge Brevelle; and his brother-in-law Harold "Bootsie" Brevelle.
He is survived by: his wife Tracey Brevelle Meadors of Brouillette; his children, Patricia Harkins (Randy) of Marksville, Maxine Leonards (Damian) of Marksville, Lisa Borne (Michael) of Effie, Kalan Meadors (Margo) of Woodworth and Marcus Champion of Camp Pendleton, California; and his sister Ella Jo Falls of Indiana. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
