He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Sullivan; his sons, Rufus Sullivan and Cecil Sullivan; his parents, Mayo Sullivan, Sr. and Susie Ford Sullivan; and his siblings, Bea Harris and Adam Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Sullivan Anyanwu, Theresa Sullivan and Steve Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Derron Williams and Aprils Williams.
