He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lehman Jacob; his children, Arnold Jacobs, John Earl Jacobs, Martin Jacobs, Jr., Albert Jacobs and Mary Deshautelle; and his siblings, Jackie Jacobs, Edena Coleman, Velma Ford, Marie Bonton and Thelma of Washington. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
