She was predeceased by: her father Shelby Jacob, Sr.; her stepfather Walter Guillot; her mother Louella Guillot; and her sisters, Delphine Jacob, Teresa Ratcliff, Elize Ford and Rose Brown.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph C. Johnson; her children, Lena Lavallais (Ronald) of Marksville, LA, Constance Johnson (Connie) of Pineville, LA, Monica Allen (John Wayne) of Marksville, LA, Brenda Johnson (Mack) of Fayetteville, LA and Larry Johnson (Duke) of Marksville, LA; and her siblings, Mildred Leviege of Compton, CA, Shelby Jacob, Jr. of Memphis, TN, Frederick Guillot of Carencro, LA, Donald Guillot of Marksville, LA and Kirby Guillot (Joyce) of Shawnee, KS.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews.
