She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Loughman; her siblings, Sterling (LaBorde), Alvin "Tunnie" LaBorde, Georgia "Baby Dean" Smith, Edna Schmale and Marilyn Sayes; and her parents, Filmore LaBorde (Lute) and Ilia LaBorde.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph "Jody" Loughman Jr. (Melissa) of Marksville, Chrissie Loughman Jeansonne of Marksville and Jill Loughman Thevenot (Anthony) of Baton Rouge; and her grandchildren, Beau, Ashlyn, Jessica, Erin Loughman, Shea, Shelly Jeansonne, Erica and Josh Thevenot. She is also survived by 17 beautiful great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (445 E Bontempt St, Marksville, LA 71351). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kash 's Funeral Service (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (221 S Washington St, Marksville, LA 71351).
