He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Barbin; his parents, Edwin Barbin and Maude Barbin (Ravare); his stepson Karl Vance Reed; and his siblings, Filbert Barbin and Audrey Barbin.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Randall Barbin of Marksville, Ava Danielle Barbin of Houston, TX and Myra Barbin Williams (Shane) of Alexandria; his stepdaughter Veronica Marie Reed of New Orleans; his grandchildren, Austin Christopher Reed of New Orleans, Reagan Marie Barbin of Oakdale and Sawyer David Williams of Alexandria; and his siblings, Dora Barbin, Berman Barbin (Yolanda), Martin Barbin and Mary McGlory French Polynesia (Shelton).
