It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Joseph Rabalais Jr. (Marksville, Louisiana), who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest, Sr. Rabalais and Sidney Mae Ortego Rabalais; and his siblings, Bruce Rabalais, Olive Mayeaux and Sandra Scallen.
He is survived by: his wife Agatha St. Romain Rabalais; his sons, Eric Rabalais (Crystal) of Marksville, Jeremey Rabalais (Nikki) of Marksville and Isaac Rabalais (Shannon) of Marksville; his sister Patricia Ducote (Doug) of Hessmer; and his grandchildren, Candace Rabalais, Brianna Rabalais, Erica Rabalais, Alyssa Rabalais, Kaitlyn Rabalais, Cadence Rabalais, Jeremey Rabalais, Jr., Annie Claire Carmouche, Gracie Rabalais, Isaac Rabalais, Tanner Phillips and Alexia Valois. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kash 's Funeral Service (445 W Bon Temps St, Marksville, LA 71351).
