She was predeceased by: her parents, Mohab Laborde and Beryl Dauzat Laborde; and her brother Michael Bernard. She is survived by: her boyfriend Rodney Courville; and her sisters, Cheryl George (J. H.) of Flatwoods, Rowena Ortego (Gene) of Bunkie, Sandra Lemoine (Wayne Marcotte) of Bunkie and Gail Odom (Dale Voorhies) of Fifth Ward. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
