He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Sr. Augustine and Ellen Augustine. He is survived by: his wife Cassie; his daughters, Virginia Augustine of California, Surely Augustine of California, Daisey Augustine of California, Shawnte Smith (Terrence) of California and Andrea Williams of Houston, Texas; his adoptive sons, Joesond Augustine, Justin Augustine and Darises Augustine; his stepchildren, Veronica Johnson, Gregory Johnson, Joseph Johnson and Tarsha Johnson; his siblings, Bernadine Bonton of Colorado, Clementine Bonton of Louisiana and Lones Gilbert, Jr. (Elaine) of Michigan; and his mother-in-law Lovie Grubbs of Mississippi. He is also survived by 10 sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; and a house of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great- great-grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home (445 E Bontempt St, Marksville, LA 71351). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Richards Catholic Church (265 St Richard Loop Rd, Marksville, LA 71351).
