He was predeceased by: his mother Buelah Jean McClain. He is survived by: his son Jason Starkey of Hessmer; his brothers, Mike Starkey of West Virginia and John Starkey of Missouri; his grandchild Katelynn Starkey; and also Ashley of Hessmer.
