It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Reaves Polk (Marksville, Louisiana), who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin H. Reaves and Dallas Holland Reaves; her husbands, Senator George Ray Lee and Judge William Polk; and her sister Jean O'Bryan.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Daniel (Randal), Jane Guinn (Joe), Lorilee Andries (Terry), Susan O'Keefe (Scott), Kristie Kaspar (Rod), Elizabeth Fox (Murray), Libby Cartwright (Mark), Ashley Hart Kelly Battaglia (Phillip) and Will Polk; and her brother-in-law Glenn O'Bryan. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Holy Comforter Episcopal Church at 1708 Hardy St, Lecompte, LA 71346.
