He was predeceased by: his daughter Waynette Miller; and his parents, Truman R. Miller and Ethel Larkey Miller. He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Baker Miller; his children, Melba M. Phelps (Richard), Gary "Bo" Miller (Shelly) and Greg Miller (Debbie); his grandchildren, Misty P. Smith (Jheramy), Wesley Phelps (Rossi), Ben Phelps, Chris Thomas, Nick Pace, Gary Wayne Miller (Kassie), Brittany M. Murphy (Colton), Chelsey Miller (Josh) and Kelsey M. Poole (Justin); his great grandchildren, Adelynn Miller, Thorne Stripling, Alexandria Murphy, Maddie Turner, Dawson Poole, Weston Poole, Alexis Phelps, Allison Smith, Bradley Phelps, Brody Andrews, Skyla Pace, Matthew Thomas and Brodey Thomas; and his siblings, Virginia Baker and Billy "LuLu" Baker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
