He was predeceased by: his wife Marion S. Chenevert of Alexandria. He is survived by: his children, Celeste Murphy of Baton Rouge, Stephanie Ray of Pineville and Frank Chenevert Jr. of Jackson, MS; his grandchildren, Corey Murphy and Tara Murphy of Baton Rouge; and his sisters, Justine Campbell of Australia and Leona Schofield of Seattle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
