He is survived by: his wife Allie Mae Patrick; his children, Carmen Plummer, Misty Patrick and Cecil E. Patrick Jr.; his wife Darlene; his siblings, Juanita Rhodes (Dewey) and Jimmy L. Patrick; and also, Ellaweese Woodell, Rosa Turner (Owen), Rebecca Morley, Beverly Patrick and Cecilia Patrick. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
