She is survived by: her husband James Dixon; her son Jeffrey Levins; her stepchildren, Tina Eldredge (Travis), Sherrie Lynn Ruby, Debbie Wilkerson, Cindy Smith and James Wayne Dixon (Donna); and her half-sister Susie Brammer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
