She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lavel "Peavine" and Vera Little (Popwell); her husband Forrest W. "Sonny" Mulkey, Jr.; and her siblings, Ava Nell Colston, Faye Munday, Rose Spells, Sylvia White and George Little.
She is survived by: her siblings, Harvey Little (Linda) of Strong, AR and Betty Posey of Natchitoches, LA; and her children, Barbara Higgins (Jim) of Mountain Home, AR, Forrest Mulkey (Leslie) of Texarkana, AR, Natalie Mulkey, Lynn Hudson of Farmerville, LA, Andy Mulkey and Charles Young of West Monroe, LA.. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
