He is survived by: his wife Sue Mitchell of Many, LA; his children, Annette Blocker of Atlanta, GA, Trish Procell (Tony) of Many, LA and Roy Mitchell, Jr. (Melissa) of Fort Jessup, LA; his grandchildren, Jonothon Mitchell of Atlanta, GA, Jeremy Procell, Josh Mitchell of Many, LA and Cameron Mitchell of Many, LA; and his sisters, Ruthie Mae Jones of Franklin, LA, Yvonne Jones of Ida, LA, Dianne Jones of Noble, LA and Romona Gail Martinez of Giddings, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
