He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Hines and Lula Hines (McClellan); and his brother C. Hines. He is survived by: his wife Beth Hines of Many, LA; and his children, Missy Sculthorpe (Mike) of Many, LA, Bobbie Olvera (Hector) of Many, LA, Barbie Hines of Mexico, Rodney Small of Many, LA and James Small (Stephanie) of Conroe, TX. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
