He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Westfall, Jr. and Charleen Westfall (Brown); his siblings, Donald Ray Westfall and Gloria Sue Westfall; his grandparents, James William Westfall Sr., Carrie Lee Thorton Westfall, Homer Brown and Jewel Thaxton Brown; and his significant other Jack Creighton.
He is survived by: his children, James William Westfall II of Shreveport, LA and Theresa Westfall Gill (William) of Keithville, LA; his grandchildren, Justin Gasapard of Keithville, LA and Laurel Westfall of Keithville, LA; his siblings, Kathy Westfall Kirk of Many, LA, Janet Armstrong (Kevin) of Many, LA and Glenn Westfall of Anacoco, LA; and also Pamela Welch of Anacoco, LA. He is also survived by niece and caregiver, Candice Parrie of Zwolle, LA; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
