He is survived by: his parents, Norman Booker Jr. and Merilyn Roark Booker; his wife Nikki Fredieu Booker of Many, LA.; his children, Keaton Booker (Emma Callie), Drew Booker of Many, LA., Brock Booker, Madilyn Lemoine of Shreveport, LA., Kayden Williams (Garrett Williams) of Shreveport, LA. and Sara Kate Booker of Many, LA; his grandson Coleman Booker; and his brothers, Jay Booker and Stephen Booker (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Baptist Medical and Dental Mission International, a ministry that he previously served with and held close to his heart.
